What purpose does Noosa Lions FC use surveillance cameras for? Noosa Lions uses surveillance cameras for a number of safety and security purposes. Where necessary, the recorded footage will be used to assist with law enforcement operations, investigate complaints, prevent criminal activity, and ensure the safety of Noosa Lions members and the security of Noosa Lions facilities



Does Noosa Lions FC share the footage with anyone? 

Where necessary to prevent serious harm to public welfare or safety, or to assist with criminal investigation or crime prevention activities, Noosa Lions FC may disclose footage captured by surveillance cameras to the Queensland Police Service and other law enforcement agencies. Where footage contains personal information about an individual (as that term is defined in the Information Privacy Act 2009 (QLD)), legal authority for such use and disclosure of the footage is contained in the Information Privacy Principles, contained in Schedule 3 to the Information Privacy Act 2009 (QLD).

Noosa Lions FC has ensured that all reasonable steps have been taken to protect your personal information, including implementing appropriate security controls to protect the storage of surveillance footage, and to prevent unauthorised access, use, disclosure, or interference with the footage.
